Technology Commerce Associate or Of Counsel

Job Description:

Dorsey & Whitney LLP seeks a motivated self-starter to join the Technology Commerce practice. The attorney will work on intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions. Key responsibilities include structuring, drafting, and negotiating intellectual property and commercial transactions.

Required qualifications include:

A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials, at least six years of relevant law firm or in-house attorney experience handling licensing and technology transaction matters, and Minnesota, California, Utah, Texas, or Washington bar admission or the ability to become admitted.
