Seeking experienced Real Estate Attorney with 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase & sale agreements, real estate due diligence, leasing, and finance transactions. Must have strong legal research, writing, and communication skills, as well as excellent academic credentials and professional references. The ideal candidate will work in a thriving, diverse real estate practice and be willing to engage in the industry groups of Real Estate and Construction, Natural Resources, and Ports. Benefits include base pay range $185,000-$225,000, productivity bonus, and firm-paid expenses.
