Transactional Senior Associate/Junior Partner

Job Description:
Join King Law Offices, PC as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner in our transactional firm. Provide top-notch legal services to clients and help continue our tradition of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in various transactional matters, including wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations & LLCs, non-profit 501& ;(3), and intellectual property litigation. Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management. Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings. Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals. Key Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with a state bar association. 2-10 years of experience practicing family law. Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Strong negotiation and mediation skills. Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload. Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered focus. Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus.
