Foreclosure Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Foreclosure Attorney to handle and maintain a case load of foreclosure, title, and/or litigation matters on behalf of banks, investors, mortgage servicers, and other creditors. The ideal candidate will collaborate with attorneys and support staff regarding procedures utilized in the firm's foreclosure practice, review client documents, draft pleadings, attend hearings, and communicate with clients via email and phone. Required qualifications include a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, licensure in Texas, OK, or MO, and 2-5 years of litigation experience representing secured creditors/mortgage services.
