Job Description:
Provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and update files for a law firm. Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend legal proceedings, provide legal counsel, negotiate on behalf of clients, maintain client records, and supervise paralegals and administrative assistants. Requirements: 5 years of criminal law experience, J.D. degree, ABA membership, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office familiarity, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
