Immigration Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join our fast-growing division. As a key leader in our practice, you will have the autonomy to build and shape our strategy, systems, and brand direction.

You will be responsible for handling a variety of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, waivers, and naturalization. You will also represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and federal courts.

As a leader in our team, you will supervise and mentor associates, paralegals, and junior staff. You will collaborate with firm leadership to scale immigration operations across multiple locations.

Key qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing immigration law, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and active Florida Bar membership. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as well as strong advocacy, case management, and leadership skills.
