Job Description:
Conduct legal research on various areas of tax law. Plan and implement aircraft ownership and operating structures. Advise clients on both legal and commercial aspects of aircraft transactions. Manage multiple transactions and projects. Coordinate with partners and legal secretaries as appropriate.
Candidates must have a LL.M. in Taxation. Minimum of five years of direct tax experience required. Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
