Job Description:
We are seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience for our Employment Group. We need candidates with experience in international counseling and a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school. The ideal candidate will provide advice and counsel to clients on employment law, conduct employment diligence, and advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating employment, retention, and related agreements, advising on reductions in force and other employee terminations, and counseling on employee mobility.
