Corporate/Real Estate Attorney

Job Description:

Detroit or Bloomfield Hills/Troy, Michigan-based law firm seeking experienced Corporate and/or Real Estate attorney. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing client relationships, and advising on transactions in corporate and real estate practice areas.

Responsibilities also include:

* Drafting and negotiating business transaction agreements

* Experience with mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, LLCs and joint ventures

* Preparing regulatory filings and governance documents

* Interpreting laws and regulations for individuals and businesses

Key skills include:

* Organizational and project management skills

* Excellent research and writing skills

* Proficient in online legal research services

* Excellent communication skills

Significant experience with complex Corporate and/or Real Estate matters required. Must be a graduate of an accredited law school and admitted to a state bar in the United States (preferably Michigan).
