Job Description:
Kutak Rock seeks experienced lateral attorney to join Tax Credit Finance practice. Ideal candidates will build knowledge and skills in tax, energy, debt, and equity financing and real estate matters. The role provides opportunities for growth and contributions in a collaborative environment. Must be admitted to practice with an active bar license and have at least 6 years of experience in one of the following areas: Tax and tax credits, partnerships, corporations, real estate, and secured lending and equity finance. Salary range is $180,000-$300,000+ per year.
