Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property / Government Contracts Attorney to join our team. Key responsibilities include providing guidance on patentability, negotiating intellectual property agreements, and conducting due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate, be a Registered US Patent Attorney with 5+ years of direct IP legal experience, and excellent communication skills. They must be able to multi-task and deliver excellent client service. Responsibilities include preparing and filing patent applications, managing client portfolios, and providing subject matter expertise for business transactions.
