Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate/Commercial Associate Attorney to join our Burlington, Vermont office. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in business transactions and 3-6 years of experience in corporate or commercial law practice.

Responsibilities include:

  Assisting with debt and equity financing transactions, sales of businesses, acquisitions, intellectual property transactions, and joint ventures.

Expected pay range: $94,500 - $111,500 per year with opportunity for bonuses.
