Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, active bar license in good standing, and 2+ years of experience in immigration law with a focus on family-based petitions and VAWA. Key responsibilities include developing case strategies, drafting and filing documentation, representing clients before USCIS, and providing client-centered legal advocacy. The attorney will ensure compassionate representation, maintain strong client relationships, and stay current on changes in immigration law.
