Associate Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of law firm and/or judicial clerkship experience, with a strong background in civil and business litigation law.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions in various subject matter areas
• Support lead attorneys in deposition and trial preparation
• Attend court conferences and mediations
• Work with clients to respond to discovery and propound discovery on adversaries
• Legal research to support lead attorney

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus bonus and incentive compensation. The successful candidate will have a JD degree, New Jersey bar admission, strong communication and interpersonal skills, legal research proficiency with LexisNexis, and basic proficiency in Word/Excel and Adobe PDF software.
