Job Description:
We seek an experienced Corporate Attorney with 4-6 years of corporate experience for our New York office. Must have substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, financings, transactional related securities compliance, and broad based commercial and corporate experience. Requirements include excellent writing and analytical skills, demonstrated leadership, and a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school with NY Bar admission. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing merger agreements, preparing documents for financing transactions, and coordinating due diligence reviews.
