Securities Litigation Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a junior to senior level litigation associate with 3 to 6+ years of experience in plaintiff s side securities litigation. Key responsibilities include drafting complaints and briefs, managing discovery matters, and performing critical legal research.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing, research, and analytical skills, with a focus on complex issues and trial court experience.

This role offers flexibility in terms of work arrangement, including remote, hybrid, or in-person options.
