Immigration Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join our growth organization. This role is ideal for an attorney who excels in client-facing strategy, consultation, and persuasion, and understands how to align legal solutions with client goals in a way that drives retention and firm growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume strategy consultations with prospective immigration clients, Assess eligibility across family-based and humanitarian pathways, Design and clearly explain immigration roadmaps, Translate complex legal analysis into accessible guidance. Sales & Revenue Enablement: Partner closely with intake and sales teams to convert consultations into retained clients, Address client objections related to cost, risk, timing, and eligibility. Strategic Collaboration: Provide feedback to leadership on client trends, demand signals, and service gaps, Help refine service offerings and client positioning. Documentation & Systems: Maintain accurate consultation notes and outcomes in Filevine or similar CRM/case tools.
