Global Immigration and Mobility Lawyer

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Global Immigration and Mobility Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for an experienced legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about managing multinational accounts and navigating complex immigration and mobility landscapes. Lead and manage a portfolio of multinational client accounts with a focus on cross-border immigration, mobility, and compliance. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, developing tailored immigration strategies aligned with their global mobility objectives. Monitor global immigration developments, trends, and regulatory changes; provide proactive guidance and risk mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage a portfolio of multinational client accounts with a focus on cross-border immigration, mobility, and compliance. * Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, developing tailored immigration strategies aligned with their global mobility objectives. * Partner with in-country immigration counsel and local experts to deliver coordinated, compliant, and efficient immigration solutions. * Monitor global immigration developments, trends, and regulatory changes; provide proactive guidance and risk mitigation strategies. * Design, implement, and optimize immigration compliance programs and internal policies. * Draft and review immigration-related legal documentation, including petitions, applications, legal opinions, and compliance communications. * Provide training and strategic support to internal stakeholders and client teams on immigration best practices. * Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand service offerings within existing and prospective client accounts. Requirements * Juris Doctor (JD) or international equivalent and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. * 5+ years of experience in immigration law, preferably with a strong emphasis on corporate/global mobility matters. * Proven ability to manage complex multinational accounts and interact with high-level stakeholders. * Strong knowledge of global immigration systems and legal frameworks (e.g., US, EU, APAC, LATAM preferred). * Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. * Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. * Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department, or global mobility consultancy. * Multilingual abilities or significant international experience a plus. * Familiarity with global mobility software and immigration compliance platforms.
