Job Description:
We seek a seasoned Corporate Lawyer with a law degree from a leading university, fluent in English, and at least 5 years of post-admission experience. Key responsibilities include advising clients on corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, shareholders agreements, company incorporations, equity investments, transformations, demergers, corporate governance, distribution agreements, franchising agreements, agency agreements, joint venture agreements, and asset transfers. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and organizational skills, international client experience, and a multicultural background.
