We are seeking a licensed attorney with 2-6+ years of experience in insurance coverage, defense and bad faith litigation, business litigation, IP infringement litigation, employment and trade secrets litigation. Key responsibilities include assisting lead attorneys, drafting pleadings, preparing for depositions, presenting motions, and engaging with clients on complex cases.
