Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Associate for our managed care litigation practice group. Responsibilities include handling provider contract and billing disputes, medical necessity, level of care, and coordination of benefits, as well as out of network payor provider litigation. Key requirements include four to seven years of general litigation experience, a background in managed care, strong communication skills, and academic credentials. A bar license is preferred.
