Job Description:
We seek an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to manage cases from intake through settlement or trial. Responsibilities include investigating claims, developing litigation strategies, drafting and arguing motions, conducting discoveries and depositions, and representing clients in court. Requirements: Juris Doctor degree with admission to the Bar in Colorado. Solid understanding of Tort Law and related legal practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in legal research.
