Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Foreclosure/Title Attorney with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active licensure in North Carolina. Key responsibilities include second reviewing title reports, analyzing and resolving title issues, performing title curative work, maintaining accurate case management, and meeting strict deadlines. Requirements include a Juris Doctorate, 3+ years of experience preferred, member in good standing of the North Carolina State Bar, ability to manage large caseloads, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
