Key responsibilities include: - Assessing client options and determining best course of action - Appearing in court on behalf of clients and arguing motions during legal proceedings - Overseeing paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff - Identifying client conflicts and determining case strategies with options for resolution - Drafting correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs - Current member of State Bar of Arizona in good standing. Prior experience working in a law firm for 1-2 years required.
