Tax Credit Finance Attorney

Job Description:

Kutak Rock LLP seeks an experienced lateral attorney to join the firm's Tax Credit Finance practice. This role provides the ability to build knowledge and skills with a variety of transactional matters, including tax, energy, debt, and equity financing and real estate matters.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years' experience in one of the following areas of practice: Tax and tax credits, partnerships, corporations, real estate, and secured lending and equity finance. Ideal candidates are interested in joining a growing transactional practice covering deals across the country involving partnerships and corporations, tax and tax credits, real estate, and secured lending and equity finance.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating financing agreements, reviewing associated diligence, and effectively communicating with partners, associates, and support staff.

The position offers a wide salary range of $180,000-$300,000+ base salary, per year. The actual salary offered will be based on factors such as experience, office location, originations, and portable book of business.
