We are seeking a talented Federal Income Tax Attorney to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska; Aspen, Colorado; Billings, Montana; Boise, Idaho; Boulder, Colorado; Cheyenne, Wyoming; Denver, Colorado; Jackson Hole, Wyoming; Las Vegas, Nevada; Phoenix, Arizona; Reno, Nevada; Salt Lake City, Utah; Santa Fe, New Mexico; and Washington, D.C.

This role involves working on complex transactions, including renewable energy and low-income housing tax credit transactions, investment funds structuring, partnerships, and joint ventures.

The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in federal income taxation law with an emphasis on renewable energy and credit work. They must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and delegate tasks effectively.

Responsibilities include:

tntt* Represent public corporations, privately owned companies, partnerships, individuals, trusts, and estates in complex transactions

tntt* Work on renewable energy and low-income housing tax credit transactions, investment funds structuring, partnerships, and joint ventures

tntt* Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liability for clients

tntt* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

tntt* Stay up-to-date with changes in federal tax laws and regulations

tntt* Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with clients
