Seeking experienced Land Use Zoning Attorney with 2+ years of experience in handling land use, zoning and municipal law matters. Responsibilities include legalizing applications, litigating Article 78 proceedings, and providing general advice to elected officials.

Candidate should have excellent verbal and drafting skills, as well as a book of business to further develop.

Preferred qualifications include substantial experience in land use application, local laws, presentations to administrative boards and agencies, due diligence reports, and general counsel services.
