Responsibilities include working with experienced attorneys, negotiating settlements, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, managing trial preparation, and collaborating with internal teams. Qualifications include 1-3 years of civil litigation experience, strong discovery skills, excellent communication and writing abilities, and attention to detail.
