Job Description:
Join Butler Snow LLP as a Counsel in their Constitutional & Civil Rights Litigation Practice Group. Provide excellent representation to clients, participate in trial preparation, take and defend depositions, prepare and argue motions, write compelling briefs, and research complex litigation areas. Requirements: experience in defense litigation, expertise in taking and defending depositions, ability to research and investigate complex litigation areas, excellent writing abilities, and license to practice law in Alabama.
