Insurance Coverage & General Liability Associate Attorney

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing insurance coverage issues and drafting thoughtful, well-reasoned coverage opinions involving first-party property and general liability policies. Experience across all phases of litigation is expected, including case management, motion practice, discovery, and depositions. Exposure to arbitrations and trial work is a plus but not required.

We are seeking an attorney with three (3) to seven (7) years of experience to join our General Liability Practice, with a focus on insurance coverage and liability defense. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants sophisticated work, meaningful responsibility, and the support of a nationally recognized litigation platform.
