Immigration Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our Family Immigration and Removal department. As an Associate Attorney, you will provide legal support and advice to clients seeking immigration relief. Key responsibilities include preparing routine correspondence and legal documents, conducting in-depth research on immigration law and procedures, managing cases effectively, gathering and analyzing client information to develop immigration strategies, drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision, communicating verbally and in writing with government agencies and outside organizations, establishing and maintaining procedures to organize and retrieve documents. Requirements include a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Admission to practice law in Texas. Fluency in Spanish is required. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail and capacity to work independently are essential. Proficiency with diverse communities and cultural sensitivity are also necessary.
