Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to provide legal advice and counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in corporate law and a proven track record of managing client matters independently. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating corporate agreements, conducting legal research, and collaborating with clients to understand their business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Assist clients with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements and documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs and objectives
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored legal solutions
• Stay updated on changes in corporate law and industry trends to effectively advise clients
