Employment Law Partner

Job Description:

Defend clients in employment litigation regionally and nationally. Provide proactive litigation avoidance counseling, assist with business immigration, and offer fair housing advice. Manage litigation matters, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings.

Requirements: Juris Doctor degree, Virginia State Bar admission, 7 years of experience preferred. Must have excellent writing and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Partial portable book of business, ability to work from Norfolk, Tysons or Richmond office.
