IP Litigation Associate

Job Description:
We seek an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join our growing IP Litigation Practice Group. Key Responsibilities: Handle complex patent litigation matters in federal courts around the United States and possibly before the PTAB or ITC. Write discovery, invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions, briefs, depositions, and trial preparation materials. Work with experts and handle appellate work.
