Associate Attorney

Job Description:

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. As an Associate Attorney, you will work on collection and litigation matters, handling breach of contract and collection litigation from demand through judgment. You will also attend court hearings, prepare and argue Motions for Summary Judgment, manage assigned case load, handle escalated and time sensitive matters, and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements include a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, admission to practice law in California, and experience with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
