Associate Immigration Attorney

Job Description:
We seek a detail-oriented Associate Immigration Attorney to manage diverse caseloads and provide high-quality legal representation to clients. Key responsibilities include drafting complex case matters, organizing cases, reviewing documents, conducting client consultations, preparing petitions, and collaborating with paralegals and attorneys. Ideal candidate possesses a JD from an accredited law school, 1-3 years of experience in immigration law, strong knowledge of statutes and regulations, excellent writing and research skills, and exceptional communication abilities. Bilingualism in English and Spanish preferred, but proficiency in Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat is required.
