Job Description:
We are seeking an Executive Compensation Specialist with 1-8+ years of experience in executive compensation in a law firm environment or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of transactional matters and salary determinations based on factors such as year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level. Key responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting employment contracts, preparing executive compensation packages, and providing guidance on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
