We seek a seasoned tax attorney to build and lead our corporate & transactional practice. The ideal candidate will advise on federal tax matters in M&A, financings, joint ventures, restructurings, liquidity events, and other complex transactions. Key Responsibilities include advising clients on federal tax matters, providing tax structuring advice for venture capital and private equity deals, counseling start-ups and emerging growth companies on tax-efficient entity formation, and collaborating with corporate partners to deliver actionable legal advice.
