Job Description:
Join Snell & Wilmer as an International Trade Associate with a minimum of four years of experience in the Special Litigation, Investigations, and Compliance practice group. Advise clients on international trade matters, including U.S. export controls, economic sanctions, customs compliance, and trade remedy proceedings. Prior experience handling cross-border transactions, government investigations, and regulatory affairs is expected. Requirements include strong research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to work with clients and provide practical counsel on complex regulatory matters.
