Debt Finance Associate (Mid-Level)

Job Description:
We are seeking a mid-level finance associate with four to six years of financial transactions experience to join our finance and lending team in the Baltimore, Chicago, Denver, Miami, New York, or Washington, D.C. offices. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commitment letters, term sheets, loan agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, repurchase agreements, and related documentation. The successful candidate will work on complex financing transactions, including fund finance, asset-based financing, corporate financings, and secured transactions. Requirements include substantial law firm experience representing borrowers and lenders, private credit funds, and corporate borrowers, as well as experience working with private funds, multi-tranche capital structures, secured and unsecured facilities, and intercreditor arrangements.
