Seeking a full-time Tax Attorney to join our team in Little Rock, AR. Must have strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and attention to detail. Responsibilities include advising clients on estate planning, drafting wills and trusts, providing sophisticated tax planning, and preparing estate and gift tax returns. Requirements: J.D. and admission to the Arkansas Bar; LLM in Taxation required. Compensation commensurate with background and experience.
