Delaware/New Jersey-based Commercial Litigation Attorney. Requires Bar admission in New Jersey and Delaware. Meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive legal expertise. Manages commercial litigation cases, conducts legal research, drafts legal documents, advises clients on various legal issues, and represents clients in court proceedings. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, proven litigation expertise, strong negotiation skills, proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw, excellent writing skills, ability to analyze complex legal issues quickly, effective communication skills.
