The South Florida offices of Holland & Knight have an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3-5 years of general commercial real estate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have concentrated practice experience in purchase and sale, joint-venture negotiation, general commercial contract experience, and/or real estate lending work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deals and lead diligence review
- Purchase and sale transactions
- Joint-venture negotiation
- General commercial contract experience
- Real estate lending work
This is an immediate need for a licensed attorney with excellent communication and writing skills.
