Job Description:
We seek an experienced Trusts & Estates attorney with strong tax and transactional experience to join our Philadelphia Estates & Trusts practice. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, as well as familiarity with corporate and partnership tax issues related to business sales, restructurings, and succession planning. Key Responsibilities: Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on advanced estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and trust administration. Develop tax-efficient estate and business succession plans, including trusts, family partnerships, and charitable structures.
