Associate Attorney - Litigation

Job Description:
We seek a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and possess knowledge in various legal areas including commercial litigation and commercial contract law. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal support, assisting in trial preparation, staying updated on changes in laws and regulations, collaborating with senior attorneys, and utilizing writing and analytical skills. Requirements include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, admission to the Pennsylvania state bar association, experience working in a law office environment, strong writing and analytical skills, knowledge of Lexis-Nexis or similar research platform, and understanding of legal administrative procedures.
