As an Associate Corporate 34 Act Mid, you will work closely with partners and attorneys to execute capital markets transactions and assist clients with SEC, FINRA, Stock Exchange, and other securities-based legal requirements. Key responsibilities include advising clients on initial public offerings, drafting and reviewing registration statements, and participating in discussions regarding deal structuring.
