We are seeking a Senior Family Law Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. As a key member of our family law practice, you will handle high-asset and complex family law cases, providing exceptional representation to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

Case Management: Manage cases with minimal supervision, ensuring timely resolution through settlement or trial.

Litigation Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience litigating family law cases, with a proven track record of success.

Technical Skills: Substantive knowledge of statutes, regulations, and rules affecting family law, with expertise in presentation and communication in court and internal meetings.

Candidates Must:

• Excellent writing capabilities

• Ability to handle high-asset and complex caseloads

• Outstanding reputation of professional integrity and ethics

• Ability to resolve family law cases through settlement or trial

• Ability to manage cases with all staff involved, including paralegals, legal secretaries, legal assistants, and the billing department

Eligible candidates must be licensed in California and have graduated from an accredited law school. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Family Law Specialist or immediately eligible for certification.
