We are seeking a highly skilled Business Immigration Attorney to join our team in Lexington, Massachusetts. As an experienced attorney, you will be responsible for preparing and filing immigration applications, corresponding with government agencies, and providing expert legal advice to clients.

Requirements:

Active U.S. bar license

J.D. Degree from an accredited law school or a foreign equivalent

2-3 years of immigration law experience preferred, including experience in employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant matters

Meticulous attention to detail and advanced computer proficiency

Superior writing and communication skills

Highly organized with a structured and methodical mindset
