Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and demand letters. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, appear in court for oral argument and trial, perform legal research, take/defend depositions, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
