Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Attorney to handle Employment/Housing Discrimination and Directors and Officers Liability matters. The ideal candidate will defend Chubb-insured institutional clients in federal and state courts, and administrative agencies. Responsibilities include trial work, appellate work, mediations and arbitrations, depositions, and pre-trial investigation and discovery. Qualifications include a J.D. Degree from an Accredited Law School, 5+ years of experience litigating employment liability and housing discrimination claims, and proficiency in digital case management technology.
